Was du brauchen wirst:<\/p>\n

  1. Eine mit hei\u00dfem Wasser gef\u00fcllte Spr\u00fchflasche (ca. 50-60\u00b0C);<\/li>\n
  2. Saubere H\u00e4nde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
