And if they don’t fit or perform as they should, we’ll make it right. Tell us the problem and we’ll go back to the cutting table to make a brand new replacement for you, free of charge. If you’re still not happy, we’ll try again.

In order to rekindle your love for your sofa (and for us to save another sofa from being thrown to the landfill), we’ll try every possible way to get the new fit for your sofa to work, perfectly. This may take a lot of two-way communication, but we’re committed to making the slipcovers fit your sofa. In case this happens, please be patient with us. 🙂
But sometimes, we know feelings can’t be forced. If it still isn’t right, we’ll issue you a full refund, no questions asked as the last resort.
Types of slipcover issues covered under this guarantee:
Fit issues
If you find that your Comfort Works slipcover is slightly larger than your furniture.
Fabric performance issues
If your slipcovers display significant fabric performance issues, such as tearing, breaking, abrasion or colour fading that arises from normal wear-and-tear.
Construction issues
If your slipcovers display construction issues, such as broken seams, broken or derailed zippers and velcro functionality issues.
Quality fabrics, great craftsmanship, outstanding support.😃 We covered all our Ikea furniture in the living room. Everything looks like new now. Their Perfomance Weave is very durable and resistant to staining with a nano coating on the fabric. It’s also soft with a nice texture. The overall fit was great. We had a little back and forth on the stools because of some velcro strip placement that was different on the stools but Comfort Works support was very good about getting that just right. We also had part of the couch customized and they were willing to do that for us with no problem. We dealt pretty much with one support person throughout the process which made it very nice for continuity of communication and ideas. Our person was Lisa Lim and she was AWESOME!”

Getting your covers fixed locally
Don’t want a replacement but know someone who can help fix or alter the covers for you? We can help by offering a Repair credit of up to USD 75 per product or 50% of the alteration costs, whichever is greater.
Honest mistakes
I finally put the new linen slipcovers on our couch and I love them! The couch looks new and I am so happy that I will be able to wash them. The whole process was extremely easy with ComfortWorks, except that I ordered the wrong size the first time. ComfortWorks gave us half off the correct order, which was very kind of them since it was completely my mistake. Make sure you order the right thing! Mistakes happen.
If you mistakenly ordered the incorrect slipcover for your sofa model, we’ll be happy to offer you store credit (the value of 50% of your original slipcover value only, shipping fees excluded) towards your replacement.
If your sofa model is not slipcoverable or you choose not to use your store credit, it can be used by friends/family on a different order.
Comfort Works is awesome – initially I inquired being that I purchased my sofa from Wayfair; which wasn’t on the list of companies they made covers.
Sulaica and I communicated throughout the entire process. When I tell you – she and the team are professionals. I was measuring incorrectly several times & they were adamant I was off & I was. HaHa.
